How to Start Your Custom Order

We welcome bespoke requests for tailored dimensions, specific heritage techniques (Batik, Plant Dye, or Embroidery), or entirely co-created textile art pieces.

To begin your custom journey, please send an email directly to our design team at support@aevlore.com with the following details:

  • Your Inspiration: Describe your vision, or attach reference images/sketches.
  • Technique Preference: Tell us if you prefer a specific craft (e.g., Indigo Plant Dye, Wax Batik).
  • Dimensions & Specifications: Ideal size, fabric preferences, or specific clothing measurements.
Our Bespoke Policies & Timeline
  • Response Time: Our design team will review your request and get back to you with an initial concept, sketch, and quotation within 48 hours.
  • Crafting Period: Because every piece is meticulously handcrafted by master artisans, custom creations generally take 2 to 4 weeks to complete (depending on the complexity). We will provide a timeline estimate in our quote.
  • Payment & Changes: Once the design sketch and quote are approved, custom crafting begins immediately upon payment. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted after crafting has commenced.
