Description

A handmade batik patchwork wall hanging designed to bring a quiet mountain landscape into the home. Crafted with natural dyes and traditional wax-resist batik techniques, it reflects a textile tradition that can be traced back to the Qin and Han dynasties, around 221 BC–220 AD. Miao batik was later recognized as part of China’s national intangible cultural heritage in 2006.
